2nd call not to coverage path

SMGR/SM 6.3

Scenario:
IP_H323 or DCP deskphone with coverpath to SIP handset,All Coverage Criteria set to Y
Desktop stations has 3 call-appr buttons


First call comes in to IP_H323 or DCP deskphone and redirected to coverpath x with a SIP cordless
handset in point1 from the coverage path
Second call to the same deskphone comes in on the second call-appr and don't route to the coverage path
but keeps ringing on the desktop
Also as conversation is terminated at the SIP handset, the second call does not go to coverpath but still ringing
the deskphone

The only point of coverage is a cordless phone with one call appearance/line, correct? That's why only one call will cover at a time. There is no place for the second call to terminate so the coverage path will not be used.
