I printed out a diag and the ext diag test sheet and it only recognizes the black. Will print everything in black. Any ideas. Some printheads and ink are brand new. Any help would be great. Thanks,

2500c --- Does not recognize CYM

If it does not recognize the CMY, then you can do a cold reset without the cartridges in the printer (take EIO card out when doing so) and then it should recognize it. It should still print colour, but if not, try the cold reset. do you have the toolbox software for it?

Thank you for replying. It wound up being a combination between the ink station and the ink delivery system. This machine is complete garbage and I cannot wait until they stop coming in for repair.
