2420 Call Log

If one of our users misses a call, they cannot call the number back as the phone dials the leading 0.

On our IP phones the 46xxsettings file allows us to specify 9 as the ARS fac but how can we do this with the Digital set?

I tell my users that once they find the number they want press speaker then dial 9 1 then press call and it will outpluse 2015551212. Kind of crappy, but it works...

Problem with my 4620's is, for the internal extensions, it inserts a 9. Where can I fix that?? Is it something in the 46xx.txt or .scr??
