2410 call log - call back help 1

when you goto the call log screen, i see the 10 digit numbers in the missed, inans, or outgoing.

the question is when i select the number and click on the option to call, it does not dial the 9,1 but goes straight to the area code and that always fails?

any ideas?

When you want to call back a 10 digit number while in the call log, you have to go off hook (by lifting the handset or pressing the speaker button), dial 9, then 1 and then the button to call the log entry.

Avaya never corrected this for the TDM/Digital sets. This function works however on the 46xx and 96xx series IP Sets (by way of the 46xxsettings.txt file).
