24 extensions do not work on system

Havent done alot of work on mitels,woman has mitel 200sx she has alarm lights on cards,the ons cards i believe supply the dt for the 24 rooms,going to replace the ons cards and see,do i need to do any programming when i change the card,printing out a manual any help appreciated,thank you

I cannot comment on the 200SX, but you don't have to with the 3300. I would first make 100% sure your 25 pair is seated good and secure. I've seen this as the culprit on 3300 ASU's plenty of times.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

With 24 ports down this would have to be a card on an ASU

Have you rebooted the bay?

As well as making sure the 25 pair is secure, I would un-seat, re-seat the card with the 25 pair out, then resecure the 25 pair.

Rebooted changed the card,un-seat and reseated the card,half of extensions work on anthenol coming out of both slots,need help thanks

It is actually the sx200 digital with the a and b disks to boot up system

The most analog ports that you could find on that system are 12 on any one card.

24 down means multiple cards which most likely means it is not a card issue.

Are there any other cards in the bay that are functional?

Is it possible the amphenol on the back plane has come loose.
