is it a possibity that M2250 attendant can receive more than one incoming calls? and indicator on loop key 2 and 3. How to config?
what happens on my 2250 is that, i can only receive one call. when the second caller dial in, I can only hear a buzz tone, but without loop key indicator.
please help...

As long as Loop key 2 and 3 are programmed, calls should go to them. I would check the programming in the switch for that 2250. If it is correct then I would reset the 2250 by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

TAnselm, beneath please find my configuration, actually, i do not know how to program key 2 key 3 on 2250, please kindly advise, thanks!

Calls on a 2250 do not roll up the loop keys. What the user has to do is place the current call on hold by pressing the hold and then the release key and the next call will roll up to loop key 2 etc...

Remember this set was not designed to work like any other set. It is designed to answer and get rid of the call.

Also ICI keys are not necessarily indicative of the order of the calls coming in but rather their origination to allow the operator to answer an outside call before they answer an internal call.
