2030 Pass-code

Can anyone remember if its possible to change the pass code on a 2030DT if you don’t know what the original had been changed to????

When you change a ringer or program a DSS key from the handset you need the passcode.

Default is 0000
If you use hot desk i think the passcode changes to the log in code.

not got much experience with them to be honest im too young . But if what you say is true, then reset the login code.

If you want to reset it to default then you'll have to unlock the user through the INDeX admin menus found in a PDF not too far away from the one in the URL above.

He has a ipo 400 version 2.1
I don't remember but i thought the phones passcode is showing as a *DSS code in the users shortcode list or you have to export the full config to a text file and look if the passcode is shown in the users record.

I know how it feels, this morning I woke up, looked on the clock and thought "o my, seven o'clock, I must be on the road for half a hour", so I rushed out of bed made breakfast and drove to the office. Half way there I listend to the six o'clock news, i woke up on five in the morning.

you sit behind the PC? how do you see the screen?
Maybe my dutch is bad (or better babelfish is wrong haha) and that is how you say it in dutch to sit at the PC.
I guess bas will reply in the morning.

In english you sit in front of the pc, in dutch we say we are sitting behind the pc.
Strange people in Holland.....

Hi All

Quick Update

Somehow (please don’t ask me how) The user managed to give herself a log-in code for hot desking.

I dialed in and removed the code. The pass-code is now back to the default 0000
