Followed the usual cheat sheet to get new circuit running on 24PRT-B
I have static on outbound calls and I see errors when users speak. Call eventually drops
Called party does not hear static
Possible bad PRI card

Before calling carrier trying to see if I missed anything. Changed T1 cables reversed pairs
Dip switches are set

All standard.

Did I miss anything.

Is this the first or second PRI card? Which PIM is it located?
What are your switch settings on the front of the card?
Sounds like a clocking issue. Possibly with switch settings.

First and only PRI
Pim 0
Here's the card
I always thought this switch selection was correct when clocking off Carrier

Switches look correct. I'd turn on the alarms in CMD EA to track any errors on the span. I'd also call your provider and have them perform some after hours tests. If there is a CSU that you are connected to, try resetting it. Also look for any weak cross connects. Re-punch everything.

Same old carrier story .. not their issue
Repunched T1 cable
Reset CSU
Changed T1 cable to frame

Thank you
