2 CCR Trees??

Is there any way to setup 2 CCR trees. We have a primary tree that is linked to mailbox 221. Is there anyway to link another tree(tree 2) to a different mailbox??

Tree 2 will be completely different than tree 1 which is our primary tree.

I think all of the flash NVM and call pilot's have more than one ccr tree available. the cue though is not the extension/mailbox but rather the lines that are answered by the tree and how. such as you can have line 1 and 2 answered by AA table 1 that sends the calls to ccr tree 1. you can then have lines 3 and 4 answered by table 2 and ccr 2. the mailbox is not directly associated with a tree rather you can have one of the options leave message in mailbox 221 or alternately you can have the AA attendent assigned to ext 221 that will forward to VM on X rings.

I guess we need a bit more info on what lines you are trying to have do what to what calls/extensions in the ccr tree.

If you mean a submenu on tree 1 to offer more options, then yes. In tree 1, if path 1 is a menu, then pressing 1 after hearing that greeting will take you to path 11, etc...
