1XP and SCN
Site Configs
New site
IPO500v2 - 8.0.43 20Users 1608 handsets
VMPro – 8.0.1011
1XP – 8.0.103.31
VMPro & 1XP installed on Windows Server 2008 Standard
Existing Sites
IPO500 V2 – 7.0.12 using Phone Manager Pro
SCN up and working, can see users under contacts button on phone on all three sites. Plus when I access all 3 sites using manager can see users when editing hunt group members. Voice traffic between sites all ok.
The issue I have is that on the new site when I log into the 1XP portal within the system directory I do not see the other sites users but I can see the other sites groups. I would have expected to see all the uses with in the SCN via the directory within 1XP but I’m not sure. Aware sites on different levels if 7.0.12 sites were to be upgraded to level 8.0.43 would this resolve the issue. I have not added 7.0.12 IPO as providers within the 1XP (had issue in the past with adding a second IPO after 1XP install and it needed to be re-installed) as the users on these systems are using phone manager pro, or do I need to add these as providers even thou they are not licenced for 1XP?
Any one got any ideas with the set up above if the SCN users should be in the 1XP directory or not?
