Any see where the Short Code *17 stopped working?

I have a customer (IPO 9.0.5 with a mix of 1400 and 9500 sets) that was using *17 under a button to access voicemail ( we gave them both a button and visual voice options). *17 was working and now when they press it they get dead air. I deleted and recreated and the same. I created another short code setup exactly the same Code = *17, Feature = Voicemail Collect, Telephone Number = "?"U, Line Group ID = 0 and Code = #80, Feature = Voicemail Collect, Telephone Number = "?"U, Line Group ID = 0. #80 works and *17 doesn't.

It is hardly surprising you are having issues, this is a poor way to configure the system.
DO NOT program short codes under buttons.

if your customer insists on wasting a button duplicating the message button on the handsets then at least program it with the feature (Voicemail collect) & not Dial.

The feature "Dial" should only be used if you are wanting to program a key with a speed dial for an external number.

Apologies if this sounds harsh but poor programming style of this nature is usually a god indication that more significant errors will be found elsewhere in the configuration.
