1616i Setup Issue 1

I am trying to connect a brand new 1616i IP Phone to an IPO 500v2 8.1, I press * when prompted to program the interface. Its asking for a procpswd, I have tried craft, 9999, 1234. admin? Any idea what I need to do?
 
Indeed, only with IPOSS otherwise it is a no go.

we are so advanced here I tell you ;-)

actually IPOSS is also a requirement but that is at the moment a given. Avaya needs to make money any way they can it seems. IPOSS is better than the 4 hours you had to buy at $400/hr in advance a call you make to get support for their firmware issues.

I do not check it updates every day just once a week. Like 8.1.69 was on for a day then they removed it and 2 weeks later they have put it on there again....mayor bug?

To be honest and don't get angry on me, the ticketing system sucks and the help isnt really helpfull, you come up with things I already tried, you should know that.
That knowledgebase is just a list of tech bulletins and links to the docs, I don't need that.
So for starters it may be helpfull but I cannot get any new knowledge from it.
Like the prob;em with the 1403 phones, do you really think I did not put in the latest software? I do this a lot longer as you and have had more serious problems in the past ( rel 3.0 was a big bug festival )

Intrigrant: By the lack of info in the ticket. And the reply "I will give it a try" sounds to me you didn't also asked you if it solved the problem but i haven't had a reply. We also stil have a Phone number. But i think we better not discus that here.
