can i use an 128M PCMCIA card to upgrade my opt 11C?

using a Win2000 or XP PC, can i use the PCMCIA Card Programmer 9.0 to load the upgrade files, or can i use just the standard copy & paste command?

Hi,

I don't think the 128MB will be a problem, but Win2k and XP will.

You need win95 to format the PCMCIA, because the PABX doesn't work with a Windows 98, 2k, xp formatted disk

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

You must format the card with win9x or the switch will not recognise the
card ..do not use nt/win2k/xp

cards on Rls 24 and earlier can only use 48Meg Card and Rls, 25.08 and
higher can use up to a 64 Meg Card.
if you get Type II ATA flash cards, they are usually already formatted

Version 9.0 of the CardPro fixes the Win2K formatting problem.
The readme file for v9.0 states it will format a 64MB card as well as "other sizes" though it doesn't specifically mention 128MB cards.
I have used 9.0 on Win2K with a 64MB card successfully.
Once the card has been formatted correctly I don't see why you couldn't copy and paste the files if you wanted to.
