Humm, I see you have some of these in there:

Code:
Feature packaging Automatic Line Selection (LSEL) package 72 has no feature package dependencies.

CLS:
(IRD) IRA (Deny) allow incoming ringing line preference.
(NID) NIA (Deny) allow incoming non-ringing line preference.
(OLD) OLA (Deny) allow outgoing line preference.

LPK xx Specify the last key to be scanned for line preference
(such as 0-7, 10-17, 20-27).
Prompted only if CLS = IRA, NIA, or OLA.

Note: A value of 0 (zero) for LPK disables this feature.

Does it work with the handset and just not the headset, or not at all?

try going into the phone by pressing the Services key once.At the Telephone options press select. arrow to on hook default path, press select.arrow to headset enabled, press select. then press the quit button. When wearing the headset, dial tone or call will come through the headset not jump to handsfree.

Romar53 : Yep. Already done, Set at USB + Enable HID
RyanEOD : My phone is deaquired and I've set IRA,NIA,OLA LPK 2
I've try LPK 1-2 but I got a SchError. Can add |-|

Same issue. Other Idea ? Are it supposed to work ? Someone make it work ?

I have an 1140 with headset, IRA, LPK 2. When I ring line 1 and press the headset key, the headset picks up. Does your call on line 1 go to Handsfree?

If I it the key 1, Calls goes to the headet. I'm unable to pick the call from the headset button. So I cannot take the calls remotely but I can if I'm sit at my desk

Thank you

Is the headset plugged into the headset port in the back of the phone? If you can not pick up the call with the headset button that could be the problem. You should be able to answer the phone by pressing the headset button. You may need a lifter kit if you are trying to answert the call be pushing button on the headset while you are away from the phone.

Romar doesn't it have to be plugged in to the handset port and use a lifter.

Forget work I'm going fishin'

Pluged by USB or bluethooth

Ok that helps. I'll get my Blue Tooth set up and get back to you

I have the same issue here. trying to answer key 1 on an 1150 phone that is logged into acd causes my phones to go not ready or come out of not ready.

We theorized that this was due to the 1150 being designed as an ACD set and was the expected behavior for the HID commands.

If we have a user that wants to answer their key 1 with wireless headset and they are ACD we give them a 1140 phone instead.

Guycable has the answer here. I didn't have a 1150 to test with so I was using an 1140. The Bluetooth headset works fine picking up both lines on an 1140.
