1120E SOFT KEYS DISAPPEAR

Good morning All!!

I have a Nortel 1120e voip phone running off a CS2100...

The soft keys are programmed with transfer and conference which seem to disappear when you go off hook to answer a call.

Then after 6 seconds they REAPPEAR which is making the end users crazy.

A side note is that the 1140E soft keys do NOT disappear...........................

Has anyone experienced this or have a solution???
