1120 usb port headset HELP ?

Unreal.. I cannot get a headset to work on these brandnew phones with 0624c8d unistem. Tried 1900 jabra usb and Nortel usb headset adapter. Neither will transmit. Programmed phone for headset = usb and on hook default path headset. also added local power pack .. cant figure it out other than these phones are defective.
Does ANYONE KNOW. not interested in BT or wired headset jacks BTW.

thanks carb11 I will check it out The price scares me a little considering we are using headset port 1900 series jabra now. but the usb is way more accessable for users.thats why we want to use. Have 18 remote offices
