1120 call issues overs H323 trunk..SCN

Here’s my problem

Site B dial over h323 trunk to dial out on PRI site A

Site B use 2 1416 and about 20 1120

The 1416 can dial every number: toll, local and 18xx......
The 1120 can dial the same but not the toll number????

They use the same pattern to dial out, same route.

Tomorrow, I'll try a 9620 at site B and see what happen. 1120 use Avaya sip protocol instead of h323 like Avaya phones.

Does anyone have these issues?

I can see the call out from site B correctly it go out on the PRI at site A same as the other call.

But you have not told us the issue....but turn Direct media path off on the extn settings of the 1120 handsets...at a guess

That would suggest it worked, you never told us what the actual problem was

Ok

I can make 1N calls with the 1416 but not with the 1120, they are at the same remote site and they use the same outgoing patern.

I will give an example:

1400 handset works Ok
1120 dial the number it connects but no audio

That is telling us the issue........ "we still have issues" and "not he toll number" isn't

Ring no answer..

sorry, when we dial toll number from the same site as the 1416 we get a ring no answer but I see the right number goes out from SSA.

Ok, every 9620 working well, can dial Toll, but still have ring no answer on all 1120 when tried to dial 1XXXXXXXXXX.

The 1120 use enblock dialing while the 1400 and the 9600 do not.
Try using a user shortcode and use a ; in it.
