Hi

We have an SE where the VM service will randomly stop

I know these was an issue with this in 11.1.1 and a CP was issued for it but s there a problem with 11.1.2 also?

I notice 11.1.2.1 was out end of Jan but the docs say this was just to fix the log4j issue?

Thanks!

Dave

We've got a site having the same issue since installed on 11.1 and it's actually gotten worse since we upgraded to the latest 11.2 build. Currently working a ticket with Avaya support to see whats going on. Looking in the logs we just see:
Got signal 11 (SIGSEGV): "Segmentation violation (ANSI)" and get a stack trace after that.

Had VMail connection issue after 11.1.1+ upgrade (VMPro, App server). Only fix was to reboot the IPO (500v2). 11.1.1 started it and we downgraded back to 11.1.0.2.14 to stabilize the system. We upgraded to 11.1.2.1.3 when it came out and Vmail would without warning just randomly loose connection to the IPO 2-3 times a day and the only fix was to reboots the IPO once you found out VMail was busy. Not an ideal working environment. Opened ticket with Avaya, but after a couple days downgraded back to 11.1.0.2.14 again to stop issue.

In the end we rebooted the IPO VM and also the host machine, Windows, Hyper-V

Seems to have been stable since then - for now
