System is a MICS 4.1, expanded only for lines.
Port 110 lights my toner and I hear "System" tone, however will not connect to a set.
Set tests ok on another port, removed pair at the bock and connected directly to make sure the BIX was good.
Voltage same as other ports (19.2 +/- vdc) Tried to disable, then enable port. Tried again but rebooted after disabling.
Same results. Changed 25 pair cable for that block, same results. Any thoughts?
