007 MLM Reset Help!

Guys, I'm able to get into the MLM 007 through the RS232 port. However the serial number that is listed on my hyperterminal isn't working. I read somewhere that it's the last 6 digits.

Help will be appreciated!

This is what I see! I'm try'ing to use 000107. I think I'm missing a step.

is there a serial number on the outside of the module by the cable retainers, try that

Yeah there is a serial number tried that on 2.
