I like 4.0 but If I can I will wait for the first maintenance release before I install it anywhere (other than on our test kit)
As for clients on 1.0, hard to complain if you can't dial out.[wink]
If you want to run reports on your agents then you need a call reporting package such as CBC, CCC or perhaps a call logger.
With CBC and CCC the agents need to login and out of group otherwise you will see no data for the agents.
A call logger may be the answer for you but I know little about...
Not sure what type of handsets you are using.
On 20 series handsets you need to press "program" to liven the keypad, then key as normal.
I think that DS type phone keypads are normally live anyway for incoming.
Anyone done the ACS, if so any tips/info?
I have to do two exams, a core exam which seems to be a networking exam and a product one for IPO so any info would be cool.
