Any 3000.2 beta assigned yet ?

It is 1-5-2010 now while i took it on 10-3-2010
Can not imaging that it takes that long.

But then you can talk to a REAL expert....

Well I just had a reply off them saying it should update automatically and it's my fault it hasn't as my profiles don't match on the Avaya learning and Pearson Vue site, so I pointed out that they do match (included screenshot)and that's why my ACS shows in both sites and I also pointed out I had an email from them two weeks ago saying they will not update it until late April......all has gone quite since. It would appear one person doesn't give the same answer as the next so what they are being told/what they actually know is a mystery :-)

Dear Andrew,



The exam updates automatically. However there is a condition: your Pearson Vue profile must match your Avaya U profile. Otherwise the system will not recognise the results.

If your profiles don't match, please update them and than the exam will update within 3 business days.



If your both profiles match, please send me the screenshot of your Pearson Vue profile and the confirmation that you have succesfully passed the exam.

As far as I know they do match as my ACS (retired) exam is shown in both places it's just the new ACSS that doesn't. I emailed yourselves a while back an received a reply that you will be not be updating results until late April that's where I got that idea from and why I sent this email. Below is a screenshot of my profile with them and below that my test results showing as passed:

This is my answer from Accenture received last thursday:

Cor, your results should be updated in the next few days. We changed the numbering scheme on Avaya exams and we have had to work on the feeds from Pearson VUE to get everything correct.

Let's face it, they are full of sh1t and they just tell you what you want to hear, if the ACSS was as crucial and important to ongoing sales and support as they make out there would be no doubt/delay as to who did what and when in respect to exams, the very fact it is such a low priority that they don't even have the common decency to tell you the truth or at least inform you (without you asking) as to why it's taken over 1 and a half months to update the exam records just shows the importance they place on these so called "professional" accreditations :-)

It does seem to be taking far too long to update this.
I don't think I will be taking any more Beta exams for Avaya in future.

Should be a couple of days so if not there on the end of the week then i am going to email them too.

I will do it again, but just as a hobby... fun or informal exploring their questions

They are charging us the free exam by other means.

Just received an examination report from Pearson Vue

Code: 
Gather customer design requirements                  100%
Install hardware                                     100%
Design system for customer business requirements     66%
Hardware installation                                66%
Software implementation and configuration            85%
Validate the solution against cust business req      100%
Maintenance and troubleshooting                      80%

Score 81%

In my eyes "install hardware" and "hardware installation" is the same :-)

I guess the two 66% where when i went tired :-P

Dear Andrew,

I have received the specialists' response.
Here is as follows:

"Andrew took a Beta exam and as such needs to wait out the Beta period before his record is finalized and updated to his AU transcript. The Beta period ended recently and students should have their record updated by the end of this week. Please note, this exam (if passed) will earn him an ACSS – SME Communications credential. Avaya is still working on logos and certificates for this credential (as well as the APDS and APSS ones). So he will not have either of these types of proof to share w/his customer. However, he will receive an e-mail congratulating him on earning his ACSS once it’s been awarded. Hopefully this will suffice. He could also provided them a screenshot of the Completed Credentials section of his AU transcript once it has been awarded."
