This morning I change the jack to a new 6 conductor jack an the same issue. An also I used the volt meter to check to see it any volts was getting to the jack an i was getting a read, I also tested @ the power supply an was not getting a read i had another power supply it wasnt new but it also...
Im still having a problem getting power to the cap the 7324 will power on but cap does nothing. I have a nortel power supply with - + punched down on the block an from the station end i have the power punched down to 3&6 an DN to 4&5 using a 4pair jack. If anyone can see what's wrong could u plz...

I have 2 cap attached to 2 seperate 7324 an the 7324 will powerup but the cap will not. I punched the power supply down to the station an still no powerup.
Not sure if im doing this right im new to this equitment

I do have an amp an everything should be configured, well it was config for five speakers an 4 horn the new office they will only be using 3 speakers an I didnt know where to hook the speaker wires to. So i do not punch the speakers wres down to a block they are attached...
