Hi There,
IP 40anything
Firmware 3.1(56)
Have noted the Forward unconditional feature now brings the forwarded call back to the originators voicemail box. Anyone else noted this and is this new "intended purpose", rather than actually forwarding the call unconditionally as the name of the...
IP lines are required to be configure between both units (so they know where they both are :-)). Making sure they have unique outgoing group ID's set for ease of use. Then in the 406, change it's default dial shortcode (the one that is a ?) to use the line ID of the IP line pointing to the...
you need to check in the programming where it (your IP Office) is being told to look for the time from. Usually it is the machine with Manager and voiceail installed on it. Change the time on that machine and then using manager, reboot the IPO. Time should be OK after that
My current employer uses intuity mode whereas we deploy IP Office mode only and my previous employer only used IP Office Mode. I personally HATE intuity mode. While it does have more features it shits me proportionatly. I find it is somewhat more time consuming for the end user to navigate...
Ps. only works on digital extensions, I.e. there can be no analog extensions in the mix, something they took away that they plan to re-introduce!? *Shrug*

the no dial tone on 56XX series handsets can be easily fixed by enabling faststart though they have removed this tick box for avaya handsets in the latest manager build. In terms of it not being there for analog extensions, try changing the Caller display type to DTMFF and see if this helps...
Hi Deltaserver403,
In regards to price etc etc I would not have a clue as it varies based on size requirements, it would probably be best if you contact them directly. In terms of the database, it is currently not a SQL backend however I believe this is planned in future releases.
I know a much better one that I can state by personal use is much better. It's called phone monitor and is made by a company called suresoft.. here www dot suresoft dot com dot au
Hey All,
I now have a good handfull (some 5 or more) of sites doing this on the 3.0(5901) build for PSTN setups, BRI setups and PRI setups and combinations there of. These are all largely on a 406v2 platform.. I previously saw this same issue once a very long time ago now, and through much...
