The icon showing a person with a globe represents a contact. You can use exactly the same process on contacts that you can on users to hide them from the address lists.

Mailboxes on exchange2003 do not get added in to the Exchange System manager until someone has connected to the mailbox. If you connect to the mailbox via outlook you will find that it immediately appears in the system manager.

In active directory users and computers select view and then advanced features. then goto properties of the user you want to send on behalf of and select the security tab. Then add yourself in with the permisions the default permissions, but add 'send as' permission
