That would require a SIM talking to a server based back end storage system to track the discounts on a daily basis. Not something you can program in with the vanilla system.

For organizations with the need, they're working with consultants to develop their own data warehouses. However it's a never ending commitment, as every new version of the POS requires accomodating the corresponding changes in the data extraction and posting pieces.

No system on the market will keep 4 years worth of check detail, EM doesn't pull back detail at all, only totals, and MyMicros has a hard limit of 13 months I believe.
If you have to have it, you're going to have to go custom, there are about 3 people in the world qualified to do it and it's...
Winstation is one of the Ops clients for the Micros 9700 system, and no, it won't work with RES. It's a basically a thin client application working in conjunction with an Ops process running on the server, and architecture that the 3700 does not offer.

Have you checked confidence test to see if it is able to see the printer?
Do you know how to get into the workstation configuration so you can...

This is a bug in some of the early versions of Micros 3700 4.0. There is no way as an end user to address it.
It has been fixed in the latest updates.

The ODBC driver for the micros apps needs to have TCP/IP checked when logged in via Remote Desktop.
Go to Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Data Sources and select the System DSN tab, find the Micros entry. Hit Configure, go to the Network tab and check TCP/IP. You don't need to fill in...
