thanks Duane, if thats the case you are indeed a clever guy to knock up such a generic questionnaire. I will certainly take full advantage of your advice/skills.

thanks guys for your input it is appreciated. I have been to your site and downloaded your Survey DB Duane and trying to work through it as we speak. I have to admit speaking as a first class novice the code looks complicated so will battle my way through it.
Thanks all once again,

Thanks guys for the info', I have downloaded the document regarding Rel' DB's and do understand the 'basics' of normalisation. I thought that given that there was a lack of duplicate data (as in there are many boolean choices etc and a few drop down choices etc) this would be indeed a flat file...
Hi,
I've been asked to do a questionnaire within Access. The thing is, the questionnaire is 150 questions and with little relationhsips going on. Is it feasible to do this in 1 table? or is this bad practice?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

cheers Bob for that, I reckon I'll follow your advise about the towns. Ref' the counties tho' I did do a search but can't seem to get an appropriate list of counties to drop into Excell/Access; I'll have another scout around.
Thanks once again,

My question is as follows; is there a way of getting a complete list of towns/counties within the UK so that they be placed within combo boxes? It does seem a...

I tried using a...

If I...
I'm confused! its a report that does not display the close button, and it is based on a query, unless I've mis-interpreted your answer?
Also although I have control box=yes and close button=yes set on my PC. The computer that runs this report does not have these options available possibly due...
Hi,
The problem I have is that when my boss opens up a report in preview there is no close button visable even though it is visable on my machine. Is there something basic I am missing here? I have selected the close button to yes when constructing the report, I thought this would apply to all...
Hi
I am trying to send a record that appear within a form to print. I navigate to a given record within my form to send to print but the option on offer via the activeX controls is only to print the actual form which is obviously no good. I have set up a report but just need to work out how to...
