I tried FTR to ACDN but it gave error : SCH0355 I also tried the direct operator DN and it gave the same error, I did not get any FNA prompt!

Nortel second level support came back saying that by design the card sends CLI when the extension is directly called, however, the CLI is lost in case of transfer... Can anyone confirm? the guy also said that his knowledge of the subject is 3 years old. Thanks

Our supplier claims that CLI can only be shown over analog extension if the extension is directly dialed, but NOT if it was transferred..etc. Is that true?

I am trying to get dialogic to understand the line disconnect signal from an analog line, I configured the CLS of the analog extensions to have LDTA, when I do the PBXpert on dialogic, it does detec the disconnect, but when I do a test, it fails! Any help?

Part number : NT5D60AA Manual : 553-3001-154 I don't know why couldn't they just upgrade the analog card to send CLI... it would have been far simpler and easier to manage... someone at Nortel seems to be missing what the competitors are doing.
