you will need a third party call accounting software. I used one from: http://www.aggsoft.com/pbx-data-logger/buy.htm They have good instructions on how to configure it. They have a trial version as well.

Update I restarted the PBX and a Signaling Server this morning and the problem went away for about 30 min. Phone worked normally and the problem came back.
