Oops. Sorry about that ... no he is using Citrix ICA. I have considered blowing away his profile and starting from scratch, but I hate to have the user loose all their settings. I think its a workstation/printer issue and its hard to remotely determine the solution.

I haven't ever used the terminal server client. Are there any compatability issues with it? I will try it! Thanks.

When I installed ICA client on my laptop (IBM Thinkpad 570 running on Win 98) so I could support remotely from my office, it enables my FN key and I can't turn it off unless I reboot. This only happens once I launch ICA client. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Anybody??

Has anyone ever seen where you have the option for printers to be connected automatically at logon, but when you go to add the printer so that it can be selected from inside an application, it gives you "Access Denied" ??? Anyone know how to resolve that?

Have the put the ip address of your citrix server in their ICA setup? Also, their client encryption settings need to match the encryption which you have configured on the server. Are you using Terminal Server with the Citrix Server? What else are you using?

I have one (and only one) user who is having this problem. I am with an ASP and he is accessing our application via the ICA Citrix client and is then logged into Terminal Server. When he runs reports and sends them to the screen a portion of the last column of data is cutting off. It appears to...
