I installed Crystal Enterprise a couple of months ago, and am now needing to use it. When I try to set up the reports in the "Publishing wizard", it says it can't find the CRPE32.dll file. Any ideas?

When I run the report from CRW, it operates fine. However, from the exe, it gives an error in the Print Engine Error window that there's an "Invalid summary field." ???? Help.
Oops. Sorry about that ... no he is using Citrix ICA. I have considered blowing away his profile and starting from scratch, but I hate to have the user loose all their settings. I think its a workstation/printer issue and its hard to remotely determine the solution.
When I installed ICA client on my laptop (IBM Thinkpad 570 running on Win 98) so I could support remotely from my office, it enables my FN key and I can't turn it off unless I reboot. This only happens once I launch ICA client. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Anybody??
Has anyone ever seen where you have the option for printers to be connected automatically at logon, but when you go to add the printer so that it can be selected from inside an application, it gives you "Access Denied" ??? Anyone know how to resolve that?
Have the put the ip address of your citrix server in their ICA setup? Also, their client encryption settings need to match the encryption which you have configured on the server. Are you using Terminal Server with the Citrix Server? What else are you using?
