I have several home users who need to be able to connect to my Citrix server, with the ICA VPN, using Cable modems. What do I need to instruct my users to do on their PC's so that they will be able to connect. Just installing the ICA client doesn't do it.

Have the put the ip address of your citrix server in their ICA setup? Also, their client encryption settings need to match the encryption which you have configured on the server. Are you using Terminal Server with the Citrix Server? What else are you using?
