Beckman, thank you for the post. I tried to do the following first and it worked out for me.
On my RCC Server, I installed the MySQL admin app, and went to the CCRDB database and noticed that all the tables whose name started with "rpt" had not been updated since the power outage.

I then selected all of the tables that met this criteria and repaired them. I then went bcak into the...
A few weeks ago we experienced a power outage and our BCM 400 running 3.7 shut down. Upon booting back up, I was informed several days later that since that date the RCC has not been capturing data, because when they run the reports nothing but zeros show up in all the fields.

thanks biv, I am thinking of either setting up a speed dial to the external number. Have the agents call the speed dial and enter the DN of the ACD group they are trying to reach.
This problem was resolved, but now we are having issue calling a CP SS DN from another DN on that same system. The call will just ring, and will not get picked up by CP. However if you call that same DN dialing the external number for the switch, and then selecting that SS or dialing the SS DN...
Hello,
The event id is used to identify a successful log off event.

One question:
Check to see if you can ping the VPN device on LAN2, while connected to LAN1.
Possible Solution 1:
If so, then adjust your VPN connection so that it will only dial to LAN2 if the PC is offline.
*possible security risks.
Possible Solution 2:
If the previous is no good, then I...
You should use the following on both clients and server

According to symantec the ports are defined by the version of pcAnywhere that you are using.
Hey,
It seems like your 100Mbps NICs are using a .dll or other type of file that is being removed along with the drivers for the fddi card.
Try removing both of the cards, and then install the 100Mbps as if it was the first card.
