A few weeks ago we experienced a power outage and our BCM 400 running 3.7 shut down. Upon booting back up, I was informed several days later that since that date the RCC has not been capturing data, because when they run the reports nothing but zeros show up in all the fields.

However the Real-Time reporting is working without a problem. I have shut down the BCM and the RCC server and brought them both back up "clean" and still.

Any ideas...?

Well one thing you can try that I have done for our RCC (we're running 3.6). I had to use the Windows uninstall program and uninstall the RCC and the MYSQL program, reboot the PC, go into the C:\Program Files and delete the Nortel Networks Reports for Call Center folder and on the C: the MYSQL folder. Reload the software and start the collecting call center data/calls. Of coarse this only one solution that worked for me.

Beckman, thank you for the post. I tried to do the following first and it worked out for me.

On my RCC Server, I installed the MySQL admin app, and went to the CCRDB database and noticed that all the tables whose name started with "rpt" had not been updated since the power outage.

I then selected all of the tables that met this criteria and repaired them. I then went bcak into the RCC 10 minutes later and ran a report and sure enough the reporting was working.
