    We are running 4.2 and we don't want them to do anything other than just press a key. This is in a Pharmacy that runs 24/7. The Pharmacists are the ones getting calls, but when they are busy, they are busy...Voice mail is not an option and there is no other forward destination.

    TN goes busy

    Is it the same card or all analog cards? Which switch are you using? If it is the same TN on the 81, try to back the card out and install it again and see if the problem follows. If it does then replace the analog card.

    Is there a way to stop a scheduled download for 3904's

    I tried to use the SUSP command to suspend the PSDL and load the required. (LD xx SUSP). Use SUSP with caution. LD 97 SUSP - Can not get it to stop? Any ideas?

    press the silver button on your ssc card (CPU). Call processing will stop, calls on hold will drop. Calls in progress will stay up. Best to do this after hours.
