My DID went down, and when I stat, it states a Red Alarm, how do I find out and what the RED alarm is.
I got the following information displayed on my computer monitor screen:

FHW 001 IO SDI Device Response Timeout

BERR 705 Exc 1: Bus Error in task "tSL1" (0x8d12570) SR=
0x 3010, PC=8x4ff1e58, Addr = 0x13021300, ssw=0x1050020.

RERR 600 NCB 1 0:
Check Device loop 19 at address 0x84co in Group 0
Check IO Device Network Device, or PS Card.

Now when I do LD 60, I get Background session 0 aborted, Can I get rid of this?

PRI* TRK Loop 19 Dsbl
Faulty HW: No Response
FFMT/LCMT/UALMT: ESF/B8Z/FDL

LNK217

This the information I'm getting.
Anybody seen this information before?
How can I fix DID, nobody can call in or out on DID.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You All

It says 19 is disabled. Go to LD 60 and ENLL 19 and see what happens. I dont have access to look up the berr right now.

"If I can't fix it, it's not broke!

If it is a PRI, then go to LD 96 and:
dis dch X (the d-channel)
Wait for DCH: 19 RLS CONFIRM TIME: 2:50:38 24/02/2007

Then go to ld 60 and;
.DISL 19
.OK

.ENLL 19
.OK

LD 96
.enl dch 19
.DCH: 19 EST CONFIRM TIME: 2:51:58 24/02/2007

Thank You Johnthephoneguy for quick response, I don't know what I did but, I Disabled the dch 1 in LD 96,and disabled Loop 19 in LD 60, and shut down the Smart Jack, and unplugged the power to the KENTROX and plugged it back up and moved the ena and dis switch on the T1 to dis and back to ena, and did a ENLL 19 in LD 60 a couple times and it is back up and working. I hope this don't happen again, I have never seen the data that was on my computer monitor screen.
I have no ideal what happen to the DID, for it to go down.
If you find out anything on your end Please let me know, so hopefully this will not happen again.

Hey All, the DID is back up and when I .stat 19 in LD 60 I still have a Yellow Alarm YES.

In LD 96, When I .stat dch 1, I get Faulty HW: No Response
DCH 001: OPER EST ACTV Auto
Des: PRI.

My DID is on a daughter Board, attached to the PRI.

I hope I can find out what caused this problem.

You guys are great, Thank You All.

you can LCNT 19 in ld 60, this will show you any slips or errors. RCNT 19 resets these counters to 0 after you check it.

You need to INI the switch as your hungup in the DROL, they are set to run a Mid night but are still running.

Acewarlock; What is INI, and how do you exicute this?

press the silver button on your ssc card (CPU). Call processing will stop, calls on hold will drop. Calls in progress will stay up. Best to do this after hours.

and there is a slim chance that the ini will not work exactly as predicted.. i've had to rush to sites where an on site tech pressed the "magic" button and the switch did not come back up.. usually about 3 minutes without dialtone

I think his switch did a Sysload and that is why the T1 stopped working and it's doing the DROL.

I don't have a Silver Button, but i do have two Black Buttons and they are: Man/Int and Man/Rst and I have these on both CPU 0 & CPU 1, I'm guessing that I should Press the Man/Int Buttons on both CPU 0 & CPU 1 at the same time, Correct. This reminds me of POLK and HOPE. If this is correct I'll take Johnpoole's advice and do it after hours, should I have a vender on stand by, just in case it don't come back up?
Thank You for your help, you guys are life savers.
Thanks for the posts on Daylight Savings Time, I have my PBX programmed and ready to for the time change.
Thanks Again
