One Question so I'm clear....the idle timer only for inbound external calls is for inbound ACD calls correct? And if I make an outbound call the idle timer doesn't change therefore your place in receiving that inbound ACD call doesn't change correct?

Okay, I tried that by building the mailbox then adding the number as a revert DN and when I dial it the mailbox wants to act like a normal mailbox instead not accepting messages and transferring. The voicemail system is Call Pilot.
I have 3 toll free numbers that come in to my option 61 and I don't want to pass the inbound ANI/CLID info. Is there a way to suppress/reject incoming ANI/CLID on the PBX for these three numbers? If I stop it at the telco it will kill the feature for all inbound calls.

I had to change a user from a 2216 to an 1120e. De-acquired the set first then outed the 2216. Built the new 1120e set up the agent info in symposium but it still shows the old TN and I can't acquire the set. HELP!
I have CUCM 8.5 connected to a Nortel CS1000 via qsig T1(Tie Trunk). When I call from a Cisco phone to a mobile phone I get the correct Caller ID on one multiple mobile devices. When I call others(mobile devices) the call shows up as Unknown. Any Ideas?

When I log into the Cisco Unity Personal Communications Assistant and open my inbox it shows the Time as GMT - 04:00. The Unity Connections time showa EDT GMT - 5:00. Why is there a difference? Is the PCA pulling time from somewhere else.
