I'm trying to get rid of ANI information on a call and I having trouble. I know if I route it to menu with option that will do it. However, I'm trying to pass the call through voice mail via app builder by just accepting the call then transferring it out again. When I set it up I get a busy signal. Any Ideas? Is this possible?
