I had to change a user from a 2216 to an 1120e. De-acquired the set first then outed the 2216. Built the new 1120e set up the agent info in symposium but it still shows the old TN and I can't acquire the set. HELP!
Thanks......I can find where to do that on the phone sets and voice ports page. I've clicked, right clicked ans I get nothing. Can you direct me to the place where I can delete the old info?
Click on the line - left side that highlights the line, then hit the delete key on your keyboard.
It will ask you to verify that you really want to delete the set/tn.
