    Caller id when there is no caller id?

    We don't have caller id and only have a raw bit t1, no isdn. Is it possible for the phone company (at&t in this case) to tell us who called in if we give them a date and time? I thought it would be easier to ask here than jump through AT&T hoops.

    Earbud Headsets?

    Does anybody know of headsets that don't wrap around the ear or over the head? In other words something that is like the ones used w/ cell phones. Our helpline would like to use headsets like this. Their phones are 6408D+'s and we use a definity G3. Any help would be appreciated.

    Forward a VM without knowing extension

    we have an Intuity audix VM system. When an user dials up VM (remotely) and wants to forward the VM to another subscriber, but does not know extention. Is there a way to look up the extention by name when prompted to enter extension #? Hope that made sense.
