Well you won't find anything on AVAYA website about it. TAPI is no longer supported and TAPI 2.3 hasn't been supported in about 6 years. TAPI 3.0 was the last stand alone TAPI API from Nortel which then was updated to CCT 5.0 (with TAPI 3.1 running the leg work in the backgound) This continued...
try adding the access queue number to the script.. example... OPEN VOICE SESSION XXXX
you need to make sure that you have your default access ivr dn set in global settings. If you make a change to the global settings you will need to restart VSM
Is this an internal call to a busy agent???? The reason I ask is because we dont provide recordings and if this is all thats in the script I would be looking to see if all the trunks are busy as that message sounds like telco. Even as poorly written as the script is, the call will be queued up...
x11Tech is close, but not 100% correct. The stand-by can be a warm standby configuration. This would not require to change the IP or Name of the server. But is still not "Hot standby" due to human interaction is still required to stop replication and such.
1. CC6 Server (CCMS) will be the...
If they are really developers, they will have access to the API and SDK from Nortel. They should explain to you what they are going to do!!!! LOL As you may know, the CCT now has a lite and full API that the develpoper can code against. They no longer depend on TAPI. the TAPI interface in only...

You can access a compatibilty list from the Nortel web site(PIC). Nortel will respond within 48 hours on Critical updates. After testing against the application, they will issue a bulletin (also on the web) in response to the vulnerability. I'm not sure what access level is required to download...
Name delivery from the PBX is discarded at the C.O.. Then the C.O. will do a name dip to the database (this is the same as you making a call from your home line with CLID)most of the time it is the Billing name. The name that is displayed is not from CPE. The office must be setup to this. I...
The fact that you ask if you can have an IP address to Callpilot makes me think you should not have access to it. Sorry, I am one of the people that have to fix things after they are messed up. I would recommend some type of training for administration first. This forum is great to give you...
Well yes, what release is the Callpilot. 2.0 and above use a web browser interface. The Callpilot has two NIC cards. One will be for the ELAN to communicate to the PBX, the other CLAN for administration and desktop messaging, stuff like that. Download the info from the Nortel web page...
Check and see what Group the IUSR_SWC account belongs too. Try to add it to the Administrator Group and see if the report will run. I have had this problem before, I will have to check my notes and get back with you. I think that it was a local policy that was changed.
