what happens if you put a bridged line appearance on her phone of the neighbor's # who can dial? Or try putting her # on your phone and test it from there.
My system is about 10 mins too slow and the set time command doesn't work on this system the way it would on my Definity. Yes I'm old school! So I don't know how to set or change the time.
My system is about 10 minutes too slow, and the command I would normally use to change the time is not available on the Avaya Server S8300. Any instruction is greatly appreciated.
the stat tr command showed the TG inservice/idle. It looked good, but I got ISDN 1165 denial when I called out. I think it had to do with the signalling group, but again, all i did was unplug from one rj45 to another on the demarc. it should have been transparent. I didn't have to do...
I just tried it here. i put the conf on hold by just pressing conf and hung up. they could still talk, didn't hear music, and they stayed on the bridge till they hung up - just a minute because we were testing. it worked ok.
hmmm. the signalling group was in service, but I will try to busy and release it when I connect it to the new t1. thank you and i'll reply tomorrow am - can't do anything during production hours!

this works on my...
Everyone - hope you can help.

When he makes a local call his caller ID is the BTN of our location. How...
I have an ASPECT Spectrum call center with agents using WPA clients. My agents may need to call direct dial numbers + an extension such as - 9-1-NPA-NXX-XXXX, +2 digits, +3, +4, or +5 using WPA. WPA and or the Spectrum doesn't seem to allow this. Does anyone know a workaround?
I will be using web powered agent on Aspect and need to build a trunk group between the two systems. I'm building the Avaya side and not sure what parameters to set up. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks for the remote access suggestion. I tried it, but when I dial the access code for recording announcements I get a wave off tone. I checked all COR/COS so that's not the problem. Any other thing I should be checking?
