We just transitioned to a new phone company, unfortunately some things that we were lead to believe would work don't. We have a Norstar MICS1.1 and have converted to a VOIP product that is capable of outputting FXS line to the MICS. We have now lost out ability to transfer calls externally and...- zaber

MICS 1.1 and CISCO 2431 IAD, VOIP
We just went through a similar conversion. We did however call an installer (just in case) and there was no programming to be done on our phone system. I am assuming that your system is already setup for FXS, as our is. We are doing another one of these Friday and we do have a vendor comming...- zaber
