I am using a G3R at rel 11. I set up ALL calls to go to point 1: C16 6rings to point 2: h99.
I can't locate anything in the sys-par. I looked in coverage-forwarding, cust-opt & features.
I have a coverage path programmed to immediately go to a coverage answer group; ring 6 times; and then to voice mail. It will only ring the coverage answer-group 3 times and then it rolls to voicemail.
What am I doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Margaret
Thanks for the suggestion.
I have tested this on a different switch (same release) with bridged call alerting turned on & off. If the bridged appearance is set to ring, the display will show when it rings whether call alerting is on or off. But, if it is set to not ring, the display doesn't...
So, the ringing call will go back into queue? Do anything need to be programmed in the hunt group to tell the ringing call where to go? (we do not have EAS)
Is there a way to see in the display who is calling on a bridged appearance before you pick up the handset? It only shows up after the call is answered. We are using the 6400 series sets on a G3R v11.
If you have a xported station bridged on a station with a port, it will ring.
I changed the system-parameters on Send Calls to Extension and it worked.
Thanks for all the help.
The "Send-Calls" feature on my system-parameters applies to "station". But, when I have bridged appearances of X-ported stations, it also sends them to voicemail whether their SAC is activated or not. Is there any way I can send only the station that I activate the SAC button for?
