Both T-1 modules should be set to Loop, this means take your timing from the CO providing the service and not another T-1 in the PBX. Even when you have two T-1's or two PRI's from the same vendor they should each be set to LOOP.

I would check the call ans service operator ext in merlin mail chances are it is 768 change to 6055.
Also check the class of service for 6055 it should be the same COS as all other regular mailboxes if you want people to be able to transfer to it just like any other mailbox from auto attendant...
