Legend 7.0 Alarm says "PRI SVC Audit Timeout"

I noticed my red alarm led on the processor was lit. I went in to Maintenance and dropped the errors. Five minutes later additional errors were present. Same as before. Is this an audit initiated by craft person that can be turned off or is there a real problem?
PRI SVC Audit Timeout, Slot 6 Port 3 Count 002. All ports 1-23/24 have the error and it counts 4 times, or until the log fills up. The red led has been lit for several months. This is not a new problem, but could have happend when telco provider was changed.
 
No, can't be turned off.

But it does indicate a problem with your PRI.

Either it's not set up correctly or you have a problem with the card.

I would suspect programming.

 
If all programming is correct I would say it is the protocol from the vendor that changed with the new vendor.

Check the T-1 settings with provider records PRI ckts should be B8ZS ESF.

Check with vendor for protocol used
 
Is the light from a slot that USED TO have a PRI in it, but does not now? In other words, if you have a board programmed as PRI with no pri attached, the error light will appear.
