    Maybe? I'm not sure, but the RUS creates/updates the email addresses. I've had problems with users not appearing in the GAL before and traced it to the RUS. However I only have a single domain and no child domains.

    I did exactly what you want to do about 18 months ago and all when very smoothly with a mailbox move. I scheduled the mailbox moves overnight and the users never even noticed :) Microsoft's documentation on deployment is very helpful. Good luck with it
