    Threat History Empty?

    I deleted them on the client... I did notice that when one of the clients received another threat, I had to do this again to clear it- would be a pain if it happened frequently but luckily we don't get many... Hope this helps

    Yeah- I did all the basics- none of them worked. I read somewhere that doing a network deployment worked so I tried that and it worked. Then I received an email from my reseller with a link to microsoft for a hotfix that they said will fix the problem... So if anyone else experiences this...

    Print Spooler event shows SYSTEM as user

    Have you found another fix yet? I'm having a similar problem that I've been unable to find a resolution for. Instead of showing System as the print job owner, it displays Administrator on on PC and me on another. Neither Admin or myself are logged into either of the computers... any ideas?
