Just as Jswin said just remember that the Sig Server CPPM needs the harddrive and no onboard CF. The CPPM processor requires the 1G on board with no harddrive. Watch you dip switch, it appears that it is sealed and shouldnt be changed. Just break the little blob of and change it, I believe its...
Generally with regular telephone butt set(with modular plug) you can tell if its a good working digital port.
In monitor mode you will hear digital noise, switch to talk and listen for battery.
If you have both, 9 out of 10 you have a good working digital line port.
True you wont know if its...
We are using an BCM 50 with I-2004 sets.
We unplug the sets every week, the ringer volume defaults to a very low ringing volume when they reconnect
Does anyone know how to set the default system ringing volume higher.
The system or set volume setting doesnt seem to change anything.
Has anyone set up Callpilot for IMAP to be exposed directly to the internet for desktop and outlook experess?
Curious as to what security measures are best to do this.
If you know the actual trunk acces codes, you can print them in ld 21.
Go to ld 80 and type TRAC 0 xxxx xxxx= the trunc access code.
It will give you a quick snap shot of the actual trunk states.
I believe if you are connected to the modem serial port of the MDR at 1200N81 or 9600N81 depending on how it is programmed You do a CNTL-V then IM
Then type DU and call records will pass from the pbx thru the MDR out to the modem port you are logged into.
its in the setup in the cp server"?
What do you mean, you load mycp from the server co is actually running on and not the setup CD?
I have loaded MyCallpilot and CallPilot Manager from the CD.
Callpilot manager runs, however the CPReporter function does not collect any data even though OM has...
Has anyone actually made this work? I have installed it on a 2000 server along with Call Pilot Manager.
cpmanager works, cpreporter or mycallpilot does not. The NTP's seem next to usless.
The pretranslation speed call works great (LD 18) the only trouble is you have to add all the stations to that xlst.
Its quite a bit of work if you have many stations.
This is not a thing you want to do in bulk.
Large PBX's dont have this feature for a reason.
If i am not mistaken you have 30 or 32 conference paths on your conference card. Each person that calls into the music route will eat one of those paths. The swith uses those confrence paths for simple...
I tried to load Optivity 2.2 on Server 2003 and I can tell you it would not load, so its running on 2000
The desktop client runs fine on XP but the server definatly needs to be 2000.
One danger using rlogin!
If you access MM thur the ax using rlogin you may not be able to exit MM. if you leave it open after a day or two the PBX will totaly freeze up. Init the only way to recover. Had it happen twice before I realized why the switch was locking up.
I wouldnt advise using...
The way i read it the ata is on port 64 of the 9150 but as above I programed it to port 15 of the rlc but I havent been able to get the thing to work either? Have battery on on the 25th pair of the first amp connecter but thats all.
Anybody figured out the trick to make it work?
I use a program called Multiview 2000 with the rlogin connect option.
Works very well even from VPN connection on dial up!
very handy, IP connecting to 7 pbxs
Does anyone know how to make a BCM Callpilot answer from
an outside call like a meridian mail.
When you define a DN on Meridian Mail or a Regular Call Pilot as Call Answering it will answer "Meridain Mail, Mailbox Number, Password" from an outside number. Cant find any way on a BCM to make it...
Exact same problem, it was as a earlier respondant said Published IP must be on LAN 1 if that is where your internet connections is. However When I figured that out and set my published IP to Lan 1 my I2004 sets are on LAN2, I could make calls from the Bcm to the ITG/IPT and have speech path...
