This one is weird. This problem has happened 3 times at about the same time. The problem only lasts for about 10 minutes.
We are unable to make local calls and calls to 800 numbers.
Long distance works fine. We get a fast busy signal and my display set says "Release and try again". I believe long distance goes out on a T1 and local calls go out on copper lines. If the copper lines are full the T1 in supposed to be used. I had the phone company test the copper lines but they say nothing is wrong.
Does anyone have any ideas what is happening? Is there a way to look back and see what the system was doing at this time?
I am getting pressure from above to solve this problem, but I have no clue what to do.
