set up CDR on mdr2000

I have an opt 11 rel 24.24. I am trying to set up a MDR 2000. I have set CDR_DATA as follows:

I have set tty 2 as follows:
TTY_TYPE SDI

PARY NONE
FLOW NO
USER CTY
I am not able to turn off the BMT light when a call is finished. This tells me that I am not buffering any data. Does anybody have any suggestiuons?

bypass the mdr and connect direct to a pc comm port or a dumb term. after you get data to that port, reconnect the 2000. that will let you know if it's the port/software or the 2000. you need cdr yes in any route that your interested in collecting data for. plus cls icda for any sets that you want internal cdr for..

CRD is good. I did not have cdr yes on route. How do I access the mdr 2000?

depends on the set up, you can connect to the com and get a mcr> prompt, the paperwork has the password, it's been to long and i don't have one on site

I believe if you are connected to the modem serial port of the MDR at 1200N81 or 9600N81 depending on how it is programmed You do a CNTL-V then IM
Then type DU and call records will pass from the pbx thru the MDR out to the modem port you are logged into.

After the CNTL-V IM this will take you to where you set up the PBX and Modem communications speeds. Use HE for help. This should give you a list of commands to set up and see if the CDR information is coming into the MDR.

I am able to talk to the MDR-2000. I am able to collect records. I get garbage when I run a reportin OTM. I have turned off image and turned on CDR. Is there anything that I still need to set in the MDR?
